Guest Book

Our third stay in Garden Farm Cottage and never been disappointed. A perfectly wonderful and cosy cottage to self cater for 4 plus our dog. Well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished cottage, stunning views of the Peaks, lovely grounds for our boys to explore and play in and just the loveliest hosts in Debbie and Richard. We are sure to return. Thankyou so much.

Our family (age range 80 something to 9 years) all enjoyed our stay with you, as well we might. It was very comfortable and relaxing and of course those magnificent breakfasts were a great treat.
Thank you Debbie for all your help and advice

Had a great weekend stay - comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting. Made to feel really welcome by Debbie, much appreciated by myself and my daughter, and our dog, Cassie. Would love to return in the future.

The best spot for a break away from the noisy city. I stayed at The B&B for a couple of nights, felt very welcome by Debbie who is super friendly and easy to talk to. She has given me lots of local info and tips on what to see and where to eat etc., even offered a lift ! The area is just stunning and views breath-taking. Piece & quiet.. Spot on . Was worth the 3hour search online !

What a fabulous B & B. Just stayed there as we were attending a family wedding. The room and the whole area was very clean and well presented. The breakfast is to die for, cooked fresh and a great selection to choose from. Debbie is a lovely lady and makes you feel at home, nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely stay there again when we want to do the walks and sightseeing in that area as we didn't have time on this occasion. We would definitely recommend Garden Farm if you want to visit this area.

My wife and myself have just stayed at Garden Farm B&B for the first time. Best ever experience; lovely setting, superior room and great breakfast. Add to that Debbie's home made jams and friendly ways and we just can't wait to go back. So near to the incredible scenery of Dovedale.

Fantastic time had by all. Cottage was wonderful and set in a magical location. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Really appreciated the scones and tea on arrival also the milk and orange juice in the fridge. Underful touch.

Close to loads of attractions. Kids loved Alton Towers(10mins away)and heights of Abraham (25mins). Local park was also a favourite as was Thomas land(50 mins away)

We will be back and we would highly recommend.

We stayed for seven nights during the wettest possible weather, but still had a fantastic time. Very clean and comfortable room, great breakfasts and lovely hosts. This is an excellent location for visiting the many National Trust & English Heritage sites. Throughout our stay there we found plenty of interesting places to visit, and we've already booked another week in May next year to see all the places we couldn't this time around!
